02 · Data
One trusted version of your numbers.
We bring data from your systems into one place, keep it accurate, and turn it into reports people actually use.
Problems we solve
- Month-end reporting means exporting spreadsheets and joining them by hand.
- Different reports give different answers to the same question.
- Nobody is sure where a number came from or whether it is right.
- Staff cannot find information buried in documents and old systems.

Common questions
- Do we need a data platform, or is Power BI enough?
- Sometimes Power BI on its own is the right answer, and we will tell you if it is. A platform makes sense when you have several sources, growing volumes, or numbers that need to match across reports.
- Is Databricks too big for a business our size?
- Not always. You pay for what you use, and it can start small. If something simpler fits your needs, we will recommend that instead.
- Can you connect to our existing systems?
- Usually, yes. Accounting, CRM and ERP systems, databases and spreadsheets can all be connected. If a system has an export or an API, we can normally bring its data in.
- Who owns the data and the code?
- You do. We build in your own cloud account, and you keep everything when the project ends. [CONFIRM: client owns all code and documentation]
