Common questions
- Do you work with Azure or AWS?
- Both. If you have not chosen yet, we will recommend one based on what you already use. For example, businesses on Microsoft 365 often fit well with Azure.
- Can our data stay in Australia?
- Yes. Azure and AWS both have data centres in Australia. We build there by default and tell you up front if a service is not available locally. [CONFIRM: Australian regions by default as a stated policy]
- We already have an IT provider. Can you work with them?
- Yes. We can work alongside your managed service provider. We handle the cloud build and automation, and they can keep running day-to-day support.
- What happens when the project ends?
